Introduction

This subunit aims to help learners explain how teamwork can be realized in the context of the workplace and the importance of collaboration with colleagues; to see how conflict resolution works, and how adaptability and stress management are required in teamwork. This includes the knowledge of distinct roles in teams, recognition of tasks, and demands, how to use supportive language, and team-building strategies. In addition, it will explain the legal regulations at the country and European level that SMEs should take into consideration when using cloud systems and the importance of reaching these regulations.

The materials needed are:

• Textbooks and e-resources focusing on risks of cloud systems.
• Workstation PC, projector, network.
• Articles or research papers on cloud systems and risks of using cloud systems for SMEs.
